The entire family is sure to enjoy Savannah's most intriguing & historic restaurant. At the Pirates' House, our most precious treasure is the food. Situated in Trustees Garden, merely a scant block from the Savannah River, the Famous Pirates' House is the most historic spot in Georgia. The Herb House, erected in 1734, located inside the Pirates' House, is said to be the oldest house in Georgia. The Pirates' House first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers and fast became a meeting point for blood-thirsty pirates & sailors. Parking on site.

    Compared to previous visits the food was not impressive. The presentation was good but taste and temperature on all the sides were cold. Server was very friendly but way too busy with other tables to be 100% attentive

    This is great place to go with kids. The dining rooms are quaint. The menu is pretty limited but decent. The fried green tomatoes are a good choice. The shrimp and grits presents better than it eats. While I wouldn’t choose The Pirates House for a night out. I would recommend it to and take friends with kids there for a treat

    Appetizer came well after meal. Felt rushed during dining. Had a reservation and we were seated in a room the size of a closet.

    The server and staff were very nice. Food was hardy, large portions and reasonably good. Unfortunately a family was seated next to us which permitted their children to play on devices with the sound on too loud. That was the end of a nice dinner.

    Best fried shrimp I e had in many years. Meal served hot, not Luke warm. Darren our server was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive Nice experience and first timers

    Dinner was amazing and our waitress was so sweet and attentive. When we were seated, she complimented our attire and asked the occasion (prom night). Our food was delicious and she took out picture before we left. Very good!
