   We went as a group of 18 with adults and minors. The facility was really fun with all the arcade games and the hockey game in the big screen was a plus. We didn’t have reservations and they got us in which was amazing. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow, our food came before our drinks, several people didn’t get their food until the staff was reminded and half the pop were done by the time they got their food. The food itself lacked flavor and the salmon was very very dry. The server didn’t stop by often to refill our drinks. Great faculty but slow and terrible service.

This is not the service that we strive for as a team and while it is great that we could accommodate such a large group with no notice, the service quality should not be a sacrifice to do so.    We went early for all you can eat wings and considering going at 5:30,… The service was quite slow and our server was hard to reach compared to all the other servers running around

   The food and service at the restaurant was decent. For those who want to go for the games, I had a pretty good time here but they need to get better games. I went to the Granville location the week before and it was much more updated with better games and more VR options. I probably wouldn't go back to this location based on the games. Still fun though, I was just expecting more.

    DONT order the nachos. For $19, 30 chips with half a cup of cheese not worth it. Tasteless. At least add more tajin to feel like you’re getting something. Burger and fries were good, server was excellent
