   I went to The Rec Room with a group of 8 people and the restaurant was nice and convenient! Good selection of mains and apps. Service was slow but the staff was very pleasant!

   Very very very very very bad customer service, they don't pick their office, they don't reply to their emails, please don't ever book with them

   Unfortunately we experienced very slow service at the rec room square one. We weren’t acknowledged at our table for more than 15 minutes after being seated, had to ask twice for water, mains were never cleared, again had to ask for the bill (and still wait another 20 minutes for it to appear). Halfway through dinner it seemed like a band started to play downstairs. Was super loud but we couldn’t see anything because they closed black curtains so you just get loud noise but no benefit of live music.

   Service was okay, food was decent for the price, drinks were Very slow. Lots of people “working” there but no one offers help or initiates contact or even clears dishes from the tables including sitting with our stacked dishes the duration of the 3 hours we were there waiting on food, drinks and dessert and coffee. Everyone that we did get attention from was lovely but almost felt like a bother. We will probably stick to GT Social in the future.

   I was very disappointed from the arcade , most of the games were not working and also the food was not good. The staff was not welcoming too . Looks like I wasted $200 for this

   Lots of games. Loved the place. Would recommend putting in more pool tables and possibly a darts area. Otherwise a great night out.

   Shaunie truly understands customer service and actual care. She helped cater to my needs for my son’s 10th birthday on short notice. It’s important to take a moment with people and meet them where they are. Thanks again Shaunie!

    Food and service were terrible. Food was served cold and did not taste good. Service was extremely slow. I would not return for dinner - eat somewhere else! Games are decent. We purchase a $100 worth of credits for 2 kids and 2 adults and it was more than enough!
