    Try Dave and busters better value service and food n games actually. Security guard working on the 19th outside door was amazing true service

    I always enjoy coming to the rec room. It’s great that it has options from drinks to food and playing games. It’s always a fun night and there’s reasons I always come back. The staff at the rec room are always so welcoming and helpful. That truly makes a difference to a great experience at the rec room.

    Went to watch during leafs game 7 and there was barely any staff for this event. By the time I got my first drink, it was already the second period let alone barely saw my server to order food. Also disappointed because the ceasar I had waited so long for was watered down and coated with everything but the bagel seasoning lol. I feel knowing game 7 is a big event, there should've been tons more staff as many tables around us were having the same issues of rarely ever seeing a server.

    Unfortunately our chicken wings were partially raw inside. Luckily our son was able to catch it as I wasn't expecting an establishment like Rec Room to have this occur. The manager stated that the cook had cooked at the appropriate temperature and that the chicken was cooked, but maybe the blood didn't fully get cooked...this honestly didn't make sense and now I have to watch if my kids will be sick in the next few days. The manager did say he wouldn't charge us for the wings (which would be absurd of they did considering we didn't even eat all the wings) but he didn't compensate is with $20 worth of play time so we were ok with it.

    Our table had water leaking onto it, and even after asking two meals were either missing something or over 20 minutes late. It was by far not the best birthday experience.

    Experience was super LIT to begin with until we got to the dining room area. We sat, order our drinks and waited for our foods patiently. While me and my family was chatting away about Good Friday and life their main manager comes up to us asking how we are enjoying our time at The Rec Room... How can we answer that question if we didn't get our foods yet?? I felt so very uncomfortable I didn't want to eat anymore and want to leave immediately. We'll return when we're comfortable to visit this location again.

    Was busy and service was lacking and my drinks had no alcohol in it. Plus the access to games was kinda lacking. Couldn't even play the pool game n archery was a mess
