Went in NYE to play games and have food at 4pm. When we left the table to play games, they cleared our drinks and placed another group at our original table and we had to be reseated. Minor inconvenience but kind of ruined it. All vr games were down which was the main reason to go for us as well

Place was clearly understaffed and they were completely disorganised. We waited ages for our drinks and then when our bottle of wine arrived it was showing as it should have been discarded as was opened in 24th Dec. Food was fair at best and we were still eating our starters when the mains came. The waiter stated it was because the kitchen was pushing out orders as quickly as they could. Weird response Don’t bother going - thorougly disappointed .

Great time as always at REC room. The kids loved it. Adults had fun too. Wish there was a gluten free menu as some of our friends were unable to order food due to celiac disease requiring gluten free food.

The service was amazing, and the food was good. Kids had a great time playing the games afterwards. I would definitely come back again.
