Visited last night as part of a short break in the Malvern area. The staff were exceptional - friendly, chatty and helpful. The pub has a very homely feel to it and so the setting is cosy and comfortable. Menu is extensive and the food was also really good. I’ll definitely come back when I’m in the area again.

Nice pub, food was very good, 4 of us had roast lamb as a Sunday lunch and it was lovely, portions good and quality overall was excellent, 3 courses for under 20 quid a piece was well worth the 35 mile drive to meet family..will be returning!

Well presented and tasty food. Generous helpings and very friendly and attentive staff. Nice surroundings and comfortable. Not pretentious just good wholesome home made food. More than pub grub but not gastro pub. Come here to eat, enjoy and leave satisfied and full! Seriously one of the best Sunday roasts I've had.

We would thoroughly recommend The Red Lion. The staff were really friendly, the food was lovely and really good value for money. We will definitely visit again.

It had been many years since I had visited the Red Lion. Opted for a Sunday lunch with friends, who had travelled from Hereford. There was a good choice of Sunday roasts, and all included Yorkshire pudding. The plates were piping hot, and there was an excellent choice of vegetables. 3 of us opted for pudding, and sadly the sticky toffee pudding was only lukewarm, but very nice. It was good value and worked out at £20 per person for lunch, pudding and coffee. You have to get your drinks at the bar, rather than have them served at your table, and the staff were very busy
