The Red Lion Restaurant is a great traditional, warm & friendly country pub in the heart of stunning Penyffordd.

HOMEMADE SUNDAY LUNCH

Join us from 12pm to 7pm every Sunday for one of the best homemade Sunday lunches in the region. Hand cut, fresh and locally sourced vegetables & meats complimented by homemade gravy’s and sides.

SPRING MENU

We are thrilled to launch our new Spring Menu, Lounge Menu and our new & improved Sunday Menu as well as our weekly Chef's Specials Menu.

Our Main Menu, Lounge Menu & Chef's Specials Menu will be available

Our meals were delicious and hot. Which to me is a big plus. The sweet was lovely and service was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

Delicious roast lamb - was so nice and good portions. Also had the banoffee waffle and creme brûlée which were excellent! Very good value for money.

We have eaten at The Red Lion many times & have always enjoyed our meals. The staff are friendly & very polite. The food menu offers a wide choice of dishes & desserts. The prices are reasonable too. Would highly tecommend a visit.

The Red Lion never disappoints, the food is always excellent and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a lovely atmosphere and delicious food.
