   The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful, friendly and personable from the time I first made our reservation to the time we left after our meal. Everything we ate was outstanding and clearly prepared with such fine attention to detail; the food was flavorful without being overpowering (get the meatballs!!!), and the presentations were beautiful, right down to the dessert spoons they brought out creatively arranged on a platter! Our waitress, Liz, was probably the best server we’ve ever encountered in a restaurant. She was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, all while being funny and down-to-earth. We were seated near the kitchen which wasn’t ideal, and at one point we were very aware of the music having too much of a “club vibe,” which wasn’t to our taste, but neither of these “negatives” ruined our dining experience by any means. In fact, we made another reservation on our way out! While on the pricier side, The Refinery does live up to the hype!

   The food and service was amazing! We had the Taste of the Refinery and each course was better than the last. Kiki was a very knowledgeable and friendly server and had the best recommendations. We will definitely be back.

   We had the best food in service that we have had in our region ever. The restaurant was crowded. It was hard to get a reservation and it was easy to see why. The food was NYC quality and the presentation was beautiful, not something we see often. The service was excellent. We love the industrial decor. The history of the building is interesting.

   I finally got a reservation and it was definitely worth the hype. Great atmosphere and even greater food. You can taste the quality in every bite. I look forward to my next visit!

   The Refinery is the most exceptional restaurant that I’ve ever visited -- on another level than even the best restaurants in the area . It is a privilege to dine here. Everything about it is both thoughtful and welcoming, from the incredible staff—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable—to the outstanding food. Chef Chad’s creativity is remarkable. Every dish is quite original and carefully crafted, far exceeding anything else in the area. The pumpkin ravioli was outstanding; and the appetizer dips were extraordinary. Honestly, the cocktail and dessert menu alone would make this place worth visiting. Kevin's warmth and personal touch make the experience even better. It's hard for me to imagine wanting to eat anywhere else after eating here. Liz is fantastic as well. Highly recommend the chef’s tasting menu!

   This was the first time we ate there. We started with two cocktails: a New York Sour and an Smoked Old Fashion. The food was very good. We started by splitting the Fall Kale Salad. Our entrees were the Charcoal Grilled Branzino and the Trofie Seafood Pasta. Both dishes were excellent. Our dessert was the Apple Millie Foglie.
