   Excellent calamari app on both nights, truly excellent. Also a very excellent burger, hardly haute cuisine, but plenty large to split. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

   The new Chef has this place in rails. The food is fantastic. The elk tenderloin was served in a delicious not sweet huckleberry sauce with vegetables and potatoes. My wife had the wild boar pasta which was excellent. Our waitress was Vickie B. She is a veteran reserve waitress and is amazing. We paired the dinner with a superb Cab from Koenig winery.

   The food was amazing. The risotto was our favorite. Great mixology too. I had a drink with thyme in it. The churros and huckleberry ice cream is delicious.

   This was our first dinner at The Reserve since Chef Topple assumed leadership there. The change is dramatic… The ambiance including the servers working together and their positivity was remarkable. They affirmed and complimented highly the changes and their delight in working with The Chef and Skip, the manager. The food was presented with a fine touch of a chance of being seen by the Michelin … All of it was prepared with the plated perfection of a cooking staff that pays astute attention to detail. .. and delicious!    Very enjoyable family meal for both a special meal (all out steaks, wine, sides, dessert, etc) and more casual burgers with my son. They were out of several things relatively early but subs were good. Ensure the temperature of your beef order is what u want. Very responsive staff and excellent service.

   Absolutely beautiful restaurant set within the Tamarack Village. Large windows to watch the snow fall. Food was so delicious, presented well; wait staff was attentive and informative. Wine selection was good, dessert was yummy!
