Strong kitchen but serious service issues here - very lengthy delays for almost everything, mistakes on wine availability and billing. Friendly people and really excellent food, but not the experience one would expect from this venue and price point. It seems like they have a brought in a new manager who will hopefully turn this around. Rooting for them, but not there yet.

Beautiful building. Painfully slow service. Extremely small portions. Flavor just wasn't quite there. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience further hurt by just how much they charged for everything. I cannot recommend this place. Perhaps they can figure it out in another year or two, but for now I suggest they scrap the whole concept and start over.

Not what we expected given the price point. Had 2 Wagu steaks supposedly cooked medium rare, as per chef recommendations. One steak was more on the medium side and the other was medium-well and tasted like an overcooked piece of meat from the grocery store. Also doubt it was Wagu meat. I have had Wagu before and it usually melts in your mouth and is particularly tasteful. The meat we were served was far from that. Cocktails and service were good but the food was a big disappointment for the money.

The ambiance was lacking but the food made up for it. Our server was absolutely amazing and helped with our dining experience, guiding us through the menu and recommending dishes based on what we liked. Don’t miss a chance to dine here.

It's a hotel with the seating next to the bar. Typical pricey hotel food.

The food was excellent. The service was somewhat slow but they offered an extra glass of champagne on the house to make up for it. Would definitely go back.

Our experience wasn’t great. Service was handed off from one to another waiter midway drinks and dinner order which may account for time it took to receive our entrees. My wife’s snapper dish was fabulous, quail was very nice for one of our guests as was steaks. But two of us had Venison Schnitzel which instead of being a nice golden color was dark reddish chocolate color shy of burnt and then cold to boot. Being German decent, Schnitzel is just another way of saying chicken fried. The Brussel Sprouts were outstanding once I received a reorder as the first batch was but a bowl of leaves. Potentially a nice meal but they fumbled the football on the one yard line and lost the game. I’d have sent the venison back if hadn’t already raised my hand about the Brussel sprouts. Second batch of Brussel Sprouts was some of the best I’d had, although the waiter couldn’t tell us even a hint of the ingredients. Definitely had horseradish and balsamic vinegar seared in bacon grease, but not a hint of dialogue to elaborate like a solid waiter would convey. Maybe an off night? Maybe too busy? We had to hood reservation with a credit card which was a first ever using this app. Positives? I’m going to try and make my next batch of BS with horseradish at home. And never made schnitzel with deer meat before but will try that too.

It sounded like they were a staff member short but it didn't help that while we were one of two tables filled, the wrong order was delivered to us, we weren't checked on regularly and one of our items was forgotten. Recommend you to give it a try, just in case it was just a series of unfortunate events.

Disappointing. We had hoped for a nice upscale dinner; portions and pours are very small for the price. Lamb undercooked and spaetzle tasted as if a cup of apple cider vinegar was poured over it. We wouldn't recommend this for a $200 dinner.

Thank you for your feedback on your visit. We appreciate you bringing these issues concerning our lamb and spaetzle dishes to our attention, and giving us a chance to improve upon our menu. We hope that you allow us to have you done with us again, so that we can leave you with a more positive experience. Sincerely Travis Service Manager
