   We had been here previously for restaurant week, and enjoyed our meal, we spent the day in NYC yesterday, and friends of ours wanted to try this place after we talked about it, so we met them for dinner. Our friends were very happy with it also. Good food, great ambiance

   Wow this place was such an amazing find. From the moment we checked in to our exit great service! Did a whiskey flight to start all four were great. Each one with their depths of flavor. While sipping on those we had the house pickles to munch on while we decided what to eat. I chose two of the small plates. The salad with vinaigrette and the butter poached lobster. The salad was tasty and fresh but holy cow the lobster. Some of the best lobster I have ever had. The sauce was a perfect compliment. Along with the meal I had the smoked old fashioned and it was great and fit perfectly with my meal. We finished the night with the chocolate bar for my wife and the sticky toffee for me. Both were perfect ending Our waiter was amazing with his knowledge of the menu and was there when you needed him. Just a superior time of whiskey and food. I can't recommend it enough for you to go.

   Great experience! Serves was wonderful. The bourbon is terrific! And the burger and old fashioned “deal” is the best in NYC (both for $25) - you must ask for it. Highly recommend!

   Wonderful Sunday Jazz Brunch! Wasn’t packed because folks were out of town for Thanksgiving, but that made it even better because we could really listen to the band. Short rib eggs benny were fantastic, hubby got shrimp and grits. He said they were some of the best he’s ever had. Smoky old fashion and Manhattan were deeeeeelish!!! Service was on point, Thanks for making our anniversary so memorable 💜.

   Great food and super cool place to take friends/family. They had a jazz duo for brunch, which made it a whole experience. Drinks of course are a must, and highly recommend the monkey bread, chicken & waffles, and the Croque Madame.

   My spouse and I had an unforgettable experience at Great Jones Distilling Co. for their Brunch and Jazz event – absolutely deserving of a perfect 10/10! The ambiance is stylish and energetic, enhanced by captivating live jazz that creates a delightful backdrop. The brunch menu is a true delight, featuring standout dishes like the BARREL SMOKED RIBS and the LOCAL EGG FRITTATA, flawlessly complemented by their exquisite cocktails. The HOUSE MADE MONKEY BREAD was a real highlight; so tasty! The service was warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The overall atmosphere strikes a balance between relaxed and lively, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a unique and high-quality brunch experience with a jazz flair in NYC.    Our server, Brandon, was very patient with us, particularly me taking my time to decide on each item. He was friendly and honest about which options would suit our tastes. the octopus was perfectly done and amazing.

   We were 7 at our table. We ordered appetizers, entrees and dessert. The appetizers were very good, we ordered 2 steaks medium rare, 1 salmon and 1 burger, some of these to share. Both steaks came to the table very well done which we brought to the attention of the server. The manager offered to have them made again but we did not want to waste food. Very surprisingly, the salmon (shared by 2) was the size of a small appetizer. I have never seen a piece of salmon so small! It was not at all sufficient for one let alone 2. We were not charged for some of the desserts ordered. A great atmosphere, cocktails were delicious and the server was very polite, professional and accommodating but we were disappointed with the experience of the entree orders.

    Was expecting better service from hostess and waiter. Neither seemed attentive. It was pretty loud even though we sat far away from the live band. We enjoyed the bourbon tasting and ending up purchasing a couple of bottles.
