   The entire experience was superb. There are only a few tables and bar space. The house made Naan bread starter with feta cheese in chili oil was exquisite. French onion crème brûlée was sweet like a dessert but refreshing as the intended soup flavor. The kvaroy salmon was cooked perfectly with farrow and fried spinach was a mesh of incredible flavors that made it a memorable dish. The sirloin was cooked perfectly with the au jus and potato/ mushroom tart made it entertaining to mix all the flavors on the plate. The presentations were phenomenal! It was capped off with a chocolate cake with pomegranate mousse that was amazing and I don’t like pomegranates. Chef Jason can masterfully put presentations and flavors together that excite all your senses. Despite the small appearance of the dishes I left with a feeling of good satiety and having a wonderful evening in a warm and pleasant environment. I will definitely put this restaurant on my regular rotation!

   Food was amazing. So many items on their (ever changing) menu have us saying - wow, this is the best version of [fill in the food item] I’ve ever had! This is now our “go to” restaurant for any occasion.

   First visit after hearing good things about restaurant. Found food complex and interesting. I appreciated the effort. We had the duck and the halibut which were the two mains available the night we were there. Both delicious. I understand the menu changes monthly. Well worth a visit. Looking forward to next months menu.

   An absoulute find! Travelled from Boynton Beach to Clearwater Beach,for the first time. Found the Restorative on line and booked it. I t is an amazing small family owned restaurant with a limited but delicious menu. We loved it and would go all the time if we lived in the area!

   This was our first time dining at The Restorative but it will certainly not be our last. This was a hidden gem and we had a delightful experience enjoying dinner at the bar and interacting with the chef. We are already looking forward to the October menu and scheduling our next visit. Highly recommend!
