   Obviously had staff shortages but two hours for a hamburger and a Rueben Sandwich?? Come on!! Might try them again one day but it’s outside our normal travel corridor for restaurants. GREAT FOOD…value??? Four drinks, food and dessert $100 bucks - Mmm…me thinks it’s a bit high!!

   Totally understaffed! We sat at the outside bar - bartender was attentive, but took over 40 minutes to get food. Came out cold and unappetizing, but we were so hungry. Unfortunate that they were understaffed, but they would have been better off to turn people away! We will NOT go back and hearing others complain around us - I don’t think they will either!

   This was our first trip to The Rim in some time. While the food had always been good, some other aspects of the restaurant moved it down on our list. This visit was a "let's see what it's like now run." First, the food was as good as we remembered. Second, saying that the noise level was energetic is an understatement. As we had experienced in the past, the restaurant attracts groups for some reason, and they all seem to be trying to out-laugh, out-talk and generally raise the sound level. It didn't help that many people were trying to get into the place. We had reservations and were seated fairly quickly. At that point, time stood still. It took over an hour to get our food. During the wait and the meal, the noise level was sometimes painful. Again, the food was great. The staff was doing the best they could, but they were overwhelmed, it seemed. It's still worth trying, but don't go on the day after Valentine's Day when all the folks who didn't have Valentine's dates make up for the next evening with the rest of the guys and gals who didn't have dates the night before.

   I've been to this location several times with large and small groups and tonight was shocking as it took nearly an hour for us to get our food. May have been due to short staffing, but I was even more shocked that a manager not once came over to check in or on us or any other the other patrons who sat waiting for orders to come out

   Went for Valentine’s Day. Previously have been and loved the food and service. However, management failed everyone. They overbooked the entire evening. With reservations you still had over a 30 minute wait to be seated. Appetizers took about 45 minutes before we received. Had to ask for drinks that came with the special and didn’t get them until after the meal. Meal took along time and the red fish was good but the tenderloin was over cooked and mediocre at best. The dessert again took a long time to be brought to the table. Everyone around us was laughing and making jokes about how poor the experience was. I recognize that it is a busy evening but overall extremely disappointing and won’t be returning.

   Didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after the reservation, took half an hour to get chips, food took another hour. Do not recommend

   Had valentines evening reservations set up for 8 o’clock for 2 checked in at 7:55 got seated at 8:30… great food nice atmosphere.. tables around us ordered after us and got served before us.. I guess the kitchen got backed up? manager comped several drinks! Will return very nice staff

   With reservations our wait was well over45 minutes to be seated. When asked about why the wait was so long, we was told that the reservation time didn't matter. They were seating people in the order that they checked in. Totally unacceptable being that we had reservations and were there on time. This made us uneasy and we had to rush our dinner being that we had other plans right after dinner.

    We had wonderful service from our waiter, Cameron. The food was incredible. The atmosphere was loud (busy) but not interfering or overshadowing table conversation. Overall 5 star experience.
