                                                  Our go-to place for special occasions (last night Valentines) so we’re very fond of this quaint restaurant in downtown Sarasota except last night it was so busy that some items seemed to have slipped through the cracks. The food is always great however last night wasn’t as great. The service was excellent for us but we noticed other tables were not as fortunate. The prices seemed to have been adjusted for the Valentine’s menu (adjusted meaning RAISED), for we each had a meal, (Grouper / Pork Oso-busco) nothing fancy) a glass of wine and shared a dessert with one complimentary basket of bread (NOT even a house salad) and the bill was $175! A bit pricey if you’d ask me.

                                                  Romantic outdoor dinning set in a cozy European atmosphere! There were stripped window canopies, flowering wall vines and trees that sparkled with tiny lights. The food was delicious and fresh! I had the large scallops and my husband had the salmon! Both dished were mouth watering and cooked to perfection! Our compliments to the chief!! We finished off with a moist and delicate carrot cake! Best we've had in a while! It was a windy evening but nothing could have spoil our time there! We will definitely be back with our friends!

                                                  Our food (salmon and grouper) was delicious and service by Michael excellent. I do have a bone to pick; however. Regular menu items were offered on a limited menu for Valentines Day, but each was marked up significantly from normal prices. The items were exactly as regularly served, with same sides. Bookings were way up, so there was no need to gouge regular patrons just because it was a holiday.
