Had the gammon and it was a smaller size than previous times we have ordered and a “tough” piece of meat also. My wife said the chunky chips were the best she’s ever had in The Royal so not all “doom and gloom”

We visited for brunch a few weeks ago and it was so good we booked for breakfast today. I requested a specific table and once we arrived it was good to see the table reserved for us. Our waitress Sophie was extremely professional friendly smiley and efficient. The Full English breakfasts are fantastic and it is no problem to swop items around to suit each individual. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 teas all of it absolutely delicious . Highly recommend and we will be back again in the New Year if not before

Lovely evening ,excellent table service. Disappointed no appropriate sauces for the meals and would have been better to have the curry served with poppadoms/naan bread. All food was tasty and gd portions.
