   The ambiance of this place was awesome. The drinks were very inconsistent in flavor depending on who made them. Some were great. Some not so great. Service was extremely slow and lacking. Not very attentive. Took way too long to get an order in for, well, anything. Drinks went dry and stayed that way for lengthy amounts of time. Got food without proper silverware twice. Steak not very flavorful. But cooked well. Broccolini was burnt. I had high hopes for this place. But was let down. Not worth the money spent. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

   The Rutledge – A Stunning Venue with Underwhelming Food The Rutledge is a visually stunning restaurant with a high-end vibe reminiscent of Aria in Vegas. The bar is top-notch, with comfortable bar stools and expertly crafted drinks, and the music level is perfect—lively but still conducive to conversation. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting. The Mai Mai lacked flavor, though the red-colored pineapple chunks were a highlight. My wife’s filet mignon was low quality and poorly cooked, making it overly chewy. Even the crème brûlée was disappointing, missing the signature crisp top. Service was another downside. Our waitress was rude and short, and there was confusion around the OpenTable reservation, which suggested a prepaid $150 Valentine’s menu that the staff was unaware of. Luckily, we could order à la carte, but the meal didn’t justify the $320 price tag. If you’re looking for a great atmosphere and a solid bar experience, The Rutledge delivers. But for the food? Save your money and go to Chop House for a fraction of the price with arguably better quality.

   Pleasant meal. Nice menu. Sushi was good but soy sauce way too salty and wasabi weak. Caesar salad was well conceived though dressing a bit too light on garlic and anchovy. The mahi-mahi dish on coconut rice was excellent - perfectly cooked and delicious. Wait staff were very nice but not as polished, professional, or attentive as one would expect for a $200 meal for two in a high end restaurant. For example, 1st course came before our drinks. Second course came before we were done eating the 1st course (after we asked to make them separate courses). We told the waiter we were splitting the entree but we had to ask after the dish arrived for two separate plates.

   The experience was great and the service was great from Steven. Had to wait a little long but it was Valentine’s Day so that was expected. Overall was great experience that we would try again for sure.

   Our Valentine’s Day experience at The Rutledge was fantastic. Our server, Steve, was very attentive and made the experience great. He suggested the Smoke and Spice cocktail, which my fiancée and I loved, and the Surf and Turf sushi roll, which was delicious. My fiancée ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp, and I had the Braised Short Rib. Both were excellent. We’d highly recommend going to The Rutledge and asking for Steve. It will be a wonderful experience.

   I had reservations.. had to wait 20 minutes after to be seated. We was seated at a table that wobbled so we had to be extra careful with our drinks and once the food came out which took forever it was cold. We was very disappointed and when we told the server he just apologized but didn’t accommodate us. Worst Valentines dinner ever!!

   It was a really great meal, the 4 star rating speaks to that. What was a bit off putting was that they’d raised the prices of every item on the menu and still have not updated it online.. $2 higher drinks and $4 higher on every food item resulted in $20 extra for the two of us compared to what the prices online show. Also another $25 in tax and fees.. including a liquor tax and 3% credit card fee. Usually I’ll tip 30%, I’ve worked in a restaurant for years and respect what the staff does, but after the unexpected additional costs I went down to 20%.

   We had reservations on Valentine's Day and they handed each lady a rose it sent the tone for great evening. Our server was awesome and the food was awesome. We will definitely come back!

    Valentines night spent here did not disappoint! We had drinks and a lovely dinner in a beautiful atmosphere. The wait staff was kind and courteous and the food was great. Just be for warned you will pay about$50 for two cocktails, but the rest of the meal was comparable to other mid - high end prices.
