   The ambiance at The Sea by Alexander’s is chic, elegant, and comfortable, setting the stage for what we hoped would be a great dining experience. The service was excellent, attentive without being intrusive. For appetizers, we tried the Popcorn Crab and Japanese Sword Squid Calamari. The Popcorn Crab was the highlight of the night—crispy on the outside, moist on the inside, and perfectly complemented by the sauce. In contrast, the calamari was a disappointment. It was dry and seemed overly deep-fried, though the green chili aioli paired better with it than the sweet chili sauce. For entrées, I had the John Dory, which was simply underwhelming. My wife ordered the CAB Filet Mignon (medium rare), but she found it dry and nothing special. We also shared the Lobster Fried Rice, which was another letdown—the only saving grace was the crispy Brussels sprouts garnish. For dessert, we tried the Burnt Almond Bomb, which was just okay. However, we did enjoy the Valentine’s cocktail special, which came with a nice touch—a Polaroid photo of us and a rose for my wife at the end of the dinner. Overall, while the ambiance and service were excellent, the food didn’t live up to our expectations. My wife and I had a great time together, but we likely wouldn’t return. ⭐ Rating: 3/5

   We always have the best meal when we come here. Which isn’t that often only because we live far away. But highly recommended to anyone looking for a great meal and an even better experience

   Delightful dinner and libations! We had heard this one of the best seafood restaurants in the Bay and the Sea did not disappoint. Service was impressive and food amazing. Ambiance was exquisite. Highly recommend

   Service was impeccable with our main server being so friendly yet polished and professional! The other servers were efficient and friendly as well, with thorough explanations of each dish, from the amuse bouche to the scrumptious desserts. We love all the complimentary touches, like the endless bread basket, beef croquette amuse bouche, and fluffy pink cotton candy. Our appetizers and entrees were all cooked perfectly, with the popcorn crab, lobster rocks, and Hawaiian Mero as standouts. As for dessert, the chocolate almond bombe was also memorable, as warm caramel espresso sauce was poured onto the chocolate dome, creating a fun spectacle of melted chocolate. Our family loves coming here for special occasions at least a couple times a year. We always look forward to a top notch evening filled with delicious food, a tranquil environment, and wonderful service!

   wonderful experience at The Sea, celebrating a 25th birthday! They were great about accommodating some last-minute dietary preferences and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Very attentive and kind staff. great place!

   We tried the $95 preset menu - tomato soup is lukewarm and too thick .. the Mero dish was over cooked with the vermicelli too oily . The desert menu has. Chocolate mousse but not tasty at all with very tough chocolate chip. The coconut cream brûlée was too sweet with no coconut flavor at all . Very disappointed. It’s supposed to be a happy family dinner for Chinese New year . Will never come back again. Wasted $500 .

   Excellent in every way. The food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the unique appetizers and chef’s selections. Service is impeccable with staff knowing when to approach and when to let you enjoy your meal without interruption. This is a good choice for special occasions (we were celebrating two and they recognized both, making our party feel very special).

    The table provided was very small, unable to hold the food we order. The staff had to be rearranging the table several times as the food was coming out. Our waiter Uriel was excellent and very knowledgeable of the menu Our concern was the size of table provided to us that evening for four guest was very small
