    The Sea continues to bring consistent service, Quality of Food and an Experience that exceeds most all restaurants in the areas. If your looking for a romantic or upscale dining experience I highly recommend The by Alexanders Steakhouse. Make sure you request Maria as your server. If your lucky enough to get her you are getting one of the best servers in the Bay Area. I appreciate the over the top service she gives. We always feel like royalty when she is part of our dining experience. Thank you Maria and staff for making us feel like part of the family

    With the exception of the wagyu main course (which was excellent) the balance of the meal was disappointing. Our calamari appetizer was overcooked and very tough, seafood selections were fair to meh in quality and presentation for the this tab. Service was good but, lobster rocks were strange texture in an unpleasant way, and $60 for a simple dozen oyster on the half shell? I'll happily pay $450 plus gratuity for 3 diners when I get that value. I certainly did not get it here.

    The food was excellent. The appetizers, main courses, and desserts were really delicious. The service was also excellent. Everyone in our group had nothing but compliments about our experience.

    The entire staff at The Sea and Alexander’s should be commended for all of their efforts as you will experience over the top service and quality of dining like no other. Maria, our server is by far the best server that she has to offer. Every time we have been lucky enough to have her as our server, she tops the last experience, making it unique and delightful time that makes you want to come back for more. Thank you to the entire staff at The Sea by Alexander’s, and congratulations to Tim for continuing to make it a place that you don’t want to miss
