Located on the 36th floor of the Ala Moana Hotel, The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood restaurant is the new home to a space known historically for memorable evenings with Oahu's most epic views.

Upon entering from the elevator on Ala Moana Hotel's top floor, each new diner will be enthralled by crystal chandeliers and live music played on The Signature's white grand piano. When it comes to choosing a table, the opportunities are endless: The intimate bar, piano lounge, vintage-style ocean view booths, an exclusive experience in our wine cellar, or any of our luxurious mountain room or ocean room tables.

    Best meal I have ever had! Steak was prepared perfectly, every side dish was prepared to perfection. I especially liked the lobster bisque, mashed potatoes and creamed corn.

    Been here many times, but this time it was different. Outstanding service, food quality was good (not great like before). Details: dessert (crème brûlée didn’t have enough custard, it was just a layer of sugar. 80%sugar/20%custard), mashed potatoes was runny (like cream of potato). Tomahawk steak was great. Drinks were great (mai tai and wine)

    My server Brandon was exceptional ! Steaks were delicious. They ran out of mushrooms risotto though. Lobster bisque was just ok. But all in all it was a great experience.

    Reserved for a booth, was seated at a table, then moved to a booth, waited 15 min before we ordered. Steaks were all under cooked, bread came after appetizers?? First time we were disappointed.

    My wife and I decided to come here for valentines not knowing how the food or service would be but everything was an 11/10. The ambiance, scenery, food, and service was out of this world. We probably ordered half of the menu just to try everything out as we always do with a new restaurant and everything was fantastic. Our waiter Johnny and Owen knew everything off the menu. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at The Signature restaurant.
