   Lovely afternoon tea experience. Good selection of food beautifully presented on tiered plates. The scones were warm, light and fluffy - simply divine when layered up with jam and clotted cream. Lots of other lovely savoury ans sweet offerings washed down with ample amount of tea and coffee. Lovely relaxing environment and space. Would certainly recommend the after tea service.

   The Slaughters Manor House will always be a special place for us, as it’s where we held our wedding reception. We visited again recently, stopping off for lunch en route to Wiltshire. As ever the venue looked stunning in the late March sunshine, with the interior looking stunning as usual. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly and attentive. My only criticism is that whilst I appreciate this is a 5 Star hotel, £7.50 for a latte is a bit on the steep side.

   A lovely Champagne Afternoon tea. Very friendly and attentive service. A little chilly where we were sat, I had to swap seats with my husband. Food was very nice, two scones per person is a lot, particularly with another layer of sweet treats! An enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours in this very pretty village.

   Very beautiful place. I felt very welcomed, I was travelling around the Cotswolds alone and made a late booking for dinner. Connor and the whole team made my visit very enjoyable, extremely warm welcome.

   We have afternoon tea every year somewhere local last year we came to TheManor and so thought we would visit again this year , as our friend lives in Bourton on the water and we live outside of lower swell , it’s a mutual meeting point . Thank you

   First saw this place on a Channel Five tv programme (Christmas in the Cotswolds) and it looked delightful. Though we missed the Christmas menu, we went for the Full Afternoon Tea at £35. The tea choice is extensive, and well explained. The afternoon tea was well put together and included some fresh scones and festive snowmen. It was all well received and we would unhesitatingly recommend. We will be back too!

    The waiters were incredibly kind and professional. The food was superb we had a wonderful Anniversary one of my best nights staying in this hotel. Everything and everyone were amazing and made us feel very special. A big thank you xx
