   We spent Easter Sunday at Squier at Branches, and overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming, and the service staff was truly excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. There was a nice variety of food available, and many items really stood out. The braised short ribs, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, chicken parm, filet mignon, ham, and lamb were all highlights—flavorful and well-prepared. The fruit and dessert selections were also very good and a sweet way to end the meal. While there were a few dishes that were average—like the salmon, which was a bit fishy, and the shrimp, which came out a bit chewy—there was still plenty to enjoy. Some of the meats were on the fatty or chewy side, but that didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. In all, we had a lovely time and appreciated the effort that went into making the day special. We'd definitely consider coming back for another holiday or special occasion.

   To start I love this restaurant. Friendly staff quiet bar and great food. I decided to book reservations for Easter brunch. We were so looking forward to a BRUNCH but they only had a buffet LUNCH No breakfast foods. We envisioned an omelette station or a waffles bar maybe French toast, bacon or sausage -nada  I kind of felt cheated because they didn’t advertise it as Easter lunch. They did offer free mimosas but I don’t drink orange juice so I order a bloody Mary and had to pay for that. $220 for 2 people is an expensive buffet lunch you don’t eat Because you wanted breakfast.

   Servers and hostess were very nice but the Easter Buffet was so bad. Cold food out of chafing dishes. So overpriced. It was over $200 for 2 people. I’ll definitely never go back.

   My husband started the evening with a Blanton's bourbon on the rocks which is normally not available at many restaurants in the area. It was a generous pour! I chose the Margherita mocktail which was quite good! We shared the mezze platter which was full of flavor. We especially enjoyed the eggplant caponata & whipped feta, which was unique to this dish. My husband had the braised short rib served over mashed potatoes. It was perfectly cooked in a red wine reduction. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi with bok choy & roasted potatoes with a sweet & spicy sauce. The Mahi was also perfectly cooked & delicious! The bok choy was tender & tasty! While the sauce was flavorful, it was too spicy for me. The highlight of the evening was our server, Cory. He was attentive, but not overbearing. He was personable & knowledgeable about the menu & menu specials, which the Mahi Mahi was. He was wonderful!! Our only disappointment was the delay in being served our main course. Corey checked in with us several times, but there was still a delay. Apparently, there were several large parties & perhaps the cause for the unexpected delay. Since the service, food & surroundings were a plus, we will give the restaurant another try. We'll certainly request seating in Cory's area.

   From the apps, to the dessert everything was on point and cooked to perfection. New star has risen in NJ for fine dining.

   Went for the first time last night with 2 other couples. Very pretty restaurant. Our waitress, wish I remembered her name was amazing! I had the 3 course Jersey Shore restaurant week menu. The filet was cooked perfectly. My sister got the espresso flight and loved it! We will be back

    Very pleasant dining experience for six. Service was very good. The food was excellent. Four of us had the pork chop, which was very tasty. Two had the small fillet.
