   Very nice waitress, however she didn't come back to the table after introducing herself and bringing water. We got up and left. Very noisy. Machines in room for... not sure what. Loud. Strange.

   We (two adults and a child) made a reservation for Saturday night dinner, but when we got to the restaurant we were first told they couldn’t accommodate us. Then after asking the person at the check in counter to speak with their supervisor we were seated but told we should wait for the servers for a bit as they were all busy. The restaurant tables were filled at a 30% capacity so that was a bit puzzling - and again, Saturday night 7:30pm. After some 15 mins, the waitress came over to tell us that we could order but it would take over an hour to get our food as the kitchen is backed up. She was nice to tell us and we decided to leave. We were staying at the hotel but didn’t end up eating there as they didn’t seem to be ready to meet their weekend demands. We found that other restaurants around the area were more efficient and had good food.

   It seems the day we went they might have been short staffed . The food was below average , and it took almost 1 and a half to get our food. The server was very nice , but not a good first impression for us .

   Making a reservation for Valentine's Day was easy and appreciated, got the last booth as well! But, it took over 20 minutes for a server to approach our table to take our drinks and appetizer order. She was apologetic and very friendly. Then we waited another 20 to 30 minutes for our drinks and appetizer to arrive. I have to say, they were excellent. Then we waited for another 20 to 30 minutes for our food to arrive. By this time the place had emptied out and only a few tables were occupied. Both plates were warm but not hot, but the food itself was delicious. We don't know why the service was so slow, there seemed to be an adequate number of servers on the floor. We decided that, perhaps it being a holiday, they were overwhelmed so we'll give them another try on a normal weekday and see if this was a fluke.

   Great get away place to relax dine and enjoy music in an elegant atmosphere with lots of food specialties and spirits. Wonderful views and very welcoming customer service. Price was just right.

   Although we had a reservation for Christmas dinner, we did not get a table. There was a delay of more than 2 hours in the kitchen. Poor service, especially on Christmas.

   The food was not good. The stuffing tasted like salt and nothing else. Most of the food was cold. Staff was very nice. Very disappointed for $50 a person, Golden Corral would have had better good for half the price. Also I feel 18% gratuity at a buffet is a little too much. I had high hopes for a nice meal and I was very disappointed.

   The photos were deceiving, food was disgusting but our waiter was an absolute doll! We loved him and he deserves to work at a better restaurant with better wages!

   Rly great service, got the Caesar salad w 🍤 and it was delicious honestly. Also the espresso 🍸 was good. Very personable. And the pool area is nice to eat at when there’s a breeze 🌊
