   lovely food well presented great price wise had high tea recommend a visit here 14.95 PER PERSON FOR MAIN COURSE TEA OR COFFEE TOAST AND CAKE STAND

   Great venue, convenient for Rail and Union Square. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Food very high standard.

   Lovely food, service poor, had booked to go to theatre & ended up getting our coffee & cakes 20 minutes before we had to leave, very rushed.

   Value for money high tea. We tried the chicken maryland, macaroni cheese and fish and chips. All were excellent with good portions. Enjoyed having tea and toast when we arrived and scones and cakes afterwards. Last booking 6pm.

    Beaitiful spacious building not appreciated, from outside it looks gloomy. But a wonderful high tea, simple but for the amont paid it was very good. Only thing that lets down the grand hotels is the unaccessible tiny space for each toilet unit.. Can just squeeze into the toilet. Suggest they change the door to open outwards!
