   This place never disappoints. The Zagat rating for 20 years doesn't lie. The food is amazing, the staff is amazing, and I was thrilled to spend my anniversary here... I could have spent it at ANY steakhouse on the Strip (for free).. and screw that .. the circus circus the steakhouse is the real deal. If you don't eat here... You don't know Vegas.

   My husband had the prime rib, which was outstanding. Get there early because they often sell out. I had my usual crab cakes, which are delicious and perfect if you aren’t a big eater. Our server, Shea, was attentive and personable. The hostess, Janice, always had a smile on her face when greeting us as we entered the restaurant.

   Had a dinner reserved for 2 at 8PM on Memorial Day. We got the half-dozen oysters, French onion soup, macaroni and cheese, and two 24oz ribeyes on the bone. Oysters were the smallest I’ve ever eaten! The French onion soup was very good though and my friend said his mac was good too. The steaks were cooked perfectly, but were seasoned very poorly and my friend’s steak had about a fifth of it being chewy inedible fat. Including 3 drinks and a soup substitution, total was around $350 after tip. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants steak. For that price, it’s just not worth it. If you’re a Texan or have had steaks in Texas, skip this place, the chain steakhouses are much cheaper and better!

   The service was excellent. The food was good. Quality of meat was excellent and the steaks were perfectly cooked. My only complaint would be the steaks were not seasoned very well. Needed to add quite a bit of salt to give it flavor. All the steaks were very tender and high quality.

   We had a great time, we were celebrating our 23rd anniversary. From the time they greeted till we left everything was great. My wife had the prime rib and I the porterhouse, both were delicious. If you are looking for a good old fashioned drink they have them. We really enjoyed the history and the nostalgic feeling. We highly recommend and will be back. Thank you

    It was an amazing experience. We were celebrating our son’s 40th Birthday. The service and food was outstanding!! The server brought my son out a piece of cake with a candle to commemorate his day. It was a pleasant surprise.
