THE Steak House has received many dining awards and has been named Top Las Vegas Steak House by Zagat. THE Steak House has been thrilling diners with it’s top grade meats, served by a friendly, gracious staff for over 40 years. Top grade Midwestern beef is aged for 21 days at 37 degrees Fahrenheit & 67 percent relative humidity. This process tenderizes the meat & gives it a distinct flavor, which is further enhanced by preparing the beef over an open-hearth mesquite charcoal broiler. Once inside the dining room, you will feel right at home with our old-school ambience. Dinners include fresh baked breads, choice of our famous black bean soup or house salad plus a Chef's fresh vegetable & choice of garlic mashed potato, baked potato, or rice pilaf.

Please allow yourself extra time for traffic delays and parking, especially on weekends. We reserve the right to cancel reservations who have not checked in within 15 minutes of their scheduled time.

    After been given high recommendation i was so looking forward to this the restaurant the ambiance the staff 5 stars can't fault it but the food was a big let down the starter onion soup was tasty bit strong for me but that is individual taste the main course i went for 24oz ribeye on bone with jacket potato and greens this was a let down first I asked for over medium it was rare I could eat only half s i felt i was gagging the greens were nice but the jacket potato was terrible it was tasteless and dry would I recommend this restaurant service ambiance yes food definitely not

    Went for Christmas dinner...not a single Christmas decoration on restaurant or casino. Facility felt tired and not up to other Vegas locations. Circus Circus felt grungy.

    This is our go to special meal every time we visit Vegas. This year we happened to be celebrating our wedding anniversary so even more special. The food, as always is excellent, and entertaining watching the grill master. My only negative comment and this applies to all of Las Vegas is that we need to bring back dress codes. Hoodies, ripped jeans and a backward baseball cap is not appropriate dinner attire.

    High quality meal for the price. Old school steak house, but needs some updating. For holiday would be nice to have some festive touches. Service was impeccable.

    Felix our waiter was terrific, greeting us and so congenial. His 32 years of service really came through. Good was excellent as was the wine and Caesar salad (with anchovies).
