This place is beautiful and great for building memories by admiring the beauty of Atlanta. The service was excellent, but the food does not reflect the amount of money I have paid.

Terrible. The bar was dead slow, we had our first course before our drinks arrived. The kitchen was dead slow, 1 1/2 hrs before we received our salads. We didn't even get a couple of the courses on the prix fixe menu, finally just asked for the entrees to be served asap and the desserts boxed. Never, ever book this restaurant for Christmas. We've been here before and always enjoyed it. We may never go back, what a waste of $140 per person. Truly bad experience, they should be ashamed of themselves.

I was disappointed in the food quality for the holiday meal price. It has been years since I dined at the Sundial. However, the food was much much better with selections. The staff was on point in bringing the food and very attentive to your eating to ensure the next meal was brought within the expected time. Hopefully, my next visit will be more memorable than today.

We had an amazing time! The decor, the view, the elegance, the service was all spectacular! When you arrive to the elevator up , you are warnly greated by a hostess. Once you arrive upstairs, you are once again greated by a warm friendly smile. Once seated the people that serve are all warm and friendly. They made our visit truly unforgettable. We were dining with 2 children 6, 12. They made us all feel like we were family. The highlight of the visit was the waitress. I cannot remember her name, she had curly hair and siad she worked there for 41 years. What an amazing asset to this restaurant. She was entertaining, friendly, funny and really good at what she does! We will return just to see her! The food was PHENOMENAL. We ordered the filet mignion which was delicious. My wife ordered the Keto dish and left the plate empty. The kids ordered pizza, and us being native New Yorkers were amazed how good it tasted! We will be returning for sure. Yes the price was rather high but worth every penny!

We had a great experience on Christmas Eve at Sun Dial in Atlanta. The views were beautiful. The service was exceptional. The parking valet is included. The elevator up with glass walls was a great experience. It was a memorable night.

One would think a high-end restaurant would know how to cook a steak. Wife order medium for her filet, came out well done. They took her plate back and it took over 20 minutes to get plate back. By that time I was done with my meal since they didn't take my plate back to keep warm while her steak was being cooked. Asked for the manager and explained our concerns and not one time did he apologize. So we said we don't want the steak and close out our bill. The service was great but the food wasn't. I've had better cooked steaks at Longhorn.

The revolving feature of this restaurant is permanently disabled. Plenty of open tables, however we were sat next to a noisy bus station. Service was extremely slow. We waited an hour and 45 minutes for our food to be served. It came out nearly cold so about 5-10 mins into our dinner the food was cold and unappetizing. Additionally, this was a birthday dinner and a birthday dessert was not offered. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.
