Welcome to the Guinness Open Gate Brewery where we’re combining over 260 years of Irish brewing experience with American beer creativity. Our site features an experimental brewery, taproom, brand store, food truck and beer garden along with guided tours.

Come, let us pour you a pint, serve you some food and tell you, our stories. All ordering within the taproom is completed through QR codes, with our team on hand to assist in creating a great experience for you.

For the weekend of St. Patrick's Day, all reservations will need to be seated within 15 minutes of the reservation time and will have a 2 hour time limit.

    We’ve always had excellent food here during past visits. Today the crab cake was not warm at all, blackened on one side and had far too much filler. The beef stew was best described as almost cold and could best be described as soup with only 2 pieces of beef and 2 pieces of potato. The flavor was definitely lacking. The pretzel should have been much warmer. Very disappointed in today’s visit. We would have commented directly to the server but she was not available. I would rate the food as zero to be accurate. The only saving grace was the beer was good.

    We went to the Guinness open gate in Baltimore today to celebrate st Patrick’s day. It’s packed. I used open table over a month ago figuring they may not honor it. They had my table for 8 ready 15 minutes early. They killed it.

    Lackluster and expensive. The self order process does not lend itself to any service oriented experience. The few questions we did ask when we found a staff person were met with annoyance. And the prices are unacceptable for the quality of the food and lack of service and ambience. We used to enjoy it, but won’t plan on returning.

    My co-worker and I came here to celebrate her birthday. She's been wanting to come here for a long time and she and I weren't disappointed. Our server was very informative and helpful with everything. His suggestions were spot on to our likings. He really knew his stuff. We're planning on coming back with the rest of our crew for a Girlfriends Outing really soon. This is a really great spot to hang out after work or on the weekend.

    Fish and Chips were great, crowd and overall ambience was enjoyable as well. App came out at same time as the meal which made it hard to eat is all at one time. Otherwise, great experience and will be back again soon.

    What a fun night we had touring the brewery and then eating at the Tap Room. The service was outstanding and the food was really delicious. We ordered appetizers and beer that was made on-site. Definitely will return!
