   We had a fantastic experience dining at Tremont. Every dish was fantastic, and the cocktails were incredible. We sat at the bar and really enjoyed chatting with the bar staff, Joel & Brandon. Shared lots of laughs & learned from them. We will be back!

   Food in my experience has always been outstanding. We have ordered different items on each occasion and are pleased with the outcome from appetizers to desserts. Serving size is perfect and the presentation is great. Definitely worth the price for the value. Enjoy!.

   I love dining here at this hot spot in Collingwood. The food, ambiance and service are always excellent. It's expensive (Hello $57 Halibut!), but tasty. Perfect for a special event, for which they treat you exceptionally well!

   First time dining here and we’ll be back! Loved the vibe, staff were excellent, food was good, and all the little extras like the amuse bouche and complimentary meringue at the end were really thoughtful. Drinks were overpriced, even for boutique dining, mainly because of quantity. We ordered espresso martinis and while the glass was elegant I’d be surprised if it held more than 3 oz total.

   A real jem in Collingwood - the new location in the hotel is beautifully designed and feels like a classic hotel dining room from another era, like the building itself.

   This was our first time at The Tremont Cafe and it was absolutely fantastic! From the atmosphere to the service, the food was outstanding and the drinks were delicious! This restaurant has definitely become my number one in the Collingwood area! Highly recommend
