   Ate here 6 weeks ago on a long weekend to the Cumberland. Scored. Won best restaurant in Somerset area immediately IMO. Back again last night. Repeat performance. Amazing food and service.

   The manager, chef, and waiter and all staff were absolutely amazing. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated inside, with a large fireplace. The ambience was perfect. The food deserves its own page on a review. The salmon was perfectly cooked with a wonderful Asian sauce with a small zing of wasabi flavor. The shepherds pie was outstanding. The fine mixture of sausage and lamb under perfect mashed potatoes was delightful. It would be terrible not to mention the Horse Soldier bourbon and other drinks available. This place is a must if passing through Somerset.

   Bison fillet, salmon fillet, pork chop, hamburger all excellent ! Appetizers, shrimp scampi and spinach dip amazing !! Highly recommend this jewel !

   Food was very very salty - all of the meals. Shares with our server but nothing was done to rectify. Not planning to return.

   Last night, we had a truly delightful experience at Urban Stillhouse. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a cozy, rustic charm. The service was impeccable; our server was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The food, particularly the bison fillet and the pork chop was absolutely delicious, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We left feeling satisfied and happy. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Pulaski County

   I got the steak frites and my wife got the pecan crusted porkchop special. both were absolutely delicious and very affordable given the quality. we will be back!

   We had brunch here with a party of 6. Its was a little disappointing. We had 12:45 reservations and did not get sat until 1:15. One of our guests order did not get entered and her meal was delivered after everyone else was close to being finished eating. There was no offer to compensate for their mistake. Service was slow and not at the caliber it should be for this restaurants cost point.

    Chef Jake is the reason we keep going back. He's such a talented chef that every dish is a culinary work of art––and the desserts are extraordinary (get the warm doughnuts and bourbon banana pudding served in a mason jar) . We're raving fans, for sure.
