The Urban Stillhouse by Horse Soldier Bourbon is a unique entertainment space featuring American cuisine centered around a wood-fired grill, innovative craft cocktails, and bourbon education.

This 16,000 sq. ft restaurant bar and event space is influenced by the Horse Soldier Bourbon team’s historic background and favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

The leather sofas, wood-burning fireplaces, copper stills, and vast bourbon “library” will transport you.

Dress Code:
The official dress code for The Urban Stillhouse is “smart casual”. Gym clothes, beach attire including flip flops, clothing with holes, non-dressy tank tops and ball caps are not appropriate for the elevated experience our patrons have come to expect from us.

Our 16,000 square-foot facility features three private dining rooms, an outdoor patio, three bars, a large upstairs space, “the library”, as well as the main dining floor. Book the building as a whole or design your event a-la-carte utilizing one or some of the various space options. Our state-of-the-art kitchen can accommodate any catering size and cuisine, as well, our full-service bars allow for creative mixology specific to your event. Most importantly, our professional event team cares about your group’s experience as much as you do and will strive for perfection.

I have visited this venue several times. This is my third visit bringing operators for the Seal and Army special forces communities. I bring our service men there because it is a special place and always WOWS them. This visit was not the same. The quality of food was very disappointing. The snack appetizers were good, not great. The dinners were disappointing. Guests who got the burgers were satisfied. The chicken sandwich was very bad. Take it off the menu or learn how to cook chicken. The steak on the steak and eggs was dry. Not moist. Good portion but if it is not good then the portion doesn’t matter. Cocktails were all good. Bourbon was great. Flights are expensive and that would be fine if the food held up its end. Servers were fabulous. Thank you for the short tour. Your time is appreciated. At this point I won’t test the food again. We will return for cocktails and fireside chat.

Special thanks for the request to find a table vs. the bar seating. Excellent lunch. Great service Kara Delicious meat ball’s & squash rings. Loved the bourbon blueberry drink.

Slow to refill drinks. Forgot coffee we ordered. Pumpkin soup amazing and spinach dip. Grits not great. Hamburger average. Chicken and waffles dry. Beautiful restaurant

It was a lovely Sunday Brunch, but definitely make a reservation. We sat at the bar and had great service and excellent food. Always delicious, if not a little pricey.

The vegetables were burnt and not taken off our bill. We were celebrating our 1st anniversary as was disappointed. Our prior experience last year was excellent !

10 out of 10. This was an amazing experience! The food, service, ambience, drinks… oh my. Nielsen was our server at the bar and we will come back and request him. It’s difficult to get a reservation so plan ahead when you go.

First, our reservation was at the bar, not a table. Secondly, our food came out lukewarm and we had to return an appetizer as it was overcooked. The chicken was under seasoned, the pork chops subpar. We drove an hour but won’t be returning.
