   It was a very nice first-time experience for a party of four for a fun business dinner. Most of the tapas selections were great (although the meatballs were dry, they had good flavor). The wine selection was very nice for the price. Service was excellent with great recommendations for which food selections to make. Seating made eating a little awkward - but no one cared with the usual ambiance and flair of the place.

   Didn’t eat there. This is more of a causal bar atmosphere more than a restaurant. I’d go back for drinks but not to dine.

   I recently had high hopes for an evening at The Liberty Vault, having booked a reservation in advance and confirming it for after work. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by attention to detail in the decor, which truly captures the building’s history. As someone in banking, I appreciated the atmosphere and was looking forward to a memorable dining experience. However, after being seated in the lounge area and given menus, the experience took an unfortunate turn. Despite waiting for over 20 minutes, we were not greeted by a server or offered any service. Disappointed, my friend and I eventually decided to leave and dine elsewhere downtown. While the decor and setting are impressive, the lack of service was disheartening. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in service, as the restaurant has a huge amount of potential. For now, however, I would recommend other nearby establishments where attentive service can be expected along with a quality dining experience.

   The Vault is simply fun and unique. Our waiter was Nicky, try to get him. Outstanding.

   I love the vibe. The food was meh especially for the price. Drinks were very nice. The server was stressed and brought that to our table. Service wasn’t bad, just felt like we had to spend time reassuring her that we were ok so the stress was passed on to the table. I would recommend the vault as a great bar and appetizer stop but not really for dinner.

   The Vault at Liberty Trust delivered on an amazing dining experience. From the time I arrived and let the Host know of my reservation I was treated exceptionally well by the Host, my server Leah, and all those I had contact with from the restaurant and from the hotel. My host arranged for the bartender to prepare me a Mocktail Pina Colada that was wonderful. My server Leah answered all the questions I had about menu items as well as about the restaurant itself and the historic building where it is located. To start with, I ordered a Caesar Salad, and for my main course, a C.A.B. Picahna Steak, and for dessert, I had the Peach Bread Pudding. Everything was well prepared and tasted delicious. Before leaving, my server showed me where the Vault was, and I was able to go inside it. She also gave me an Info Sheet with the History of the Liberty Trust. I highly recommend this restaurant to all.

   Great lounge vibes. Signature cocktails were amazing. The food menu is different than most in the area but it has some real gems on it. Will be back!

    The Vault is quite beautiful and the staff is absolutely lovely. I loved the ambiance and vibe of the place, but, honestly, expected something more from the food because the choices and ingredients looked to be “upscale” as a place and price like this deserves. Unfortunately, the implementation didn’t live up to the descriptions.
