The Vig at McDowell Mountain is the 5th member in the Vig family of restaurants and the 11th establishment in the Genuine Concepts family of bars and restaurants. This Vig boasts breathtaking views of the McDowell mountains while featuring 2 full-service bars, spacious indoor booth and table seating and more than ample outdoor facilities for games and activities.
The Vig at McDowell Mountain is in a new standalone building on the southwest corner of Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. The roughly 13,000-square-foot space is designed to take advantage of mountain views with large glass windows and other elements that bring the outdoors inside.

              The Vig has a beautiful outdoor patio with heaters that actually work and all of the staff know how to use them (turn them on, move them around..) The service is BEYOND excellent We went for brunch with 5 people & the food was superb- Every dish was hot, delicious & very well presented

              I have gotten the chicken wings for years, but this time, although they tasted good, they were tiny! Like they used baby chickens!! Come on Vig, you are better than that!

              Great outdoor dining space. Food was average at best. We had the pastrami Rueben and the chicken Thai entire as well as shared the cauliflower app. Service mediocre. Server took our order promptly and did bother to show to ask how the food was. We saw her next to give us our bill. Maybe happy hour is better.

              We reserved outdoor seating, which was so nice. The outdoor area is meticulous. They pay great attention to their environment. Service was great, he gave us recommendations that were spot on. The food was excellent. We had a great evening at the VIG.
