   The service was not attentive and slow. We ordered three of the same steaks, each one requested to be prepared differently and the correct requested preparations we not done properly. Medium rare steak was given to the person who requested a medium well; medium was given to the person that requested medium rare; medium well done was given to the person requested medium. It was quite loud as well. Last time we visited there, each steak came with two side dishes; now the entrees only come with one side dish. Menu on the web is not accurate, for examples churros are on the dessert menu on the web but not on the dessert menu in the restaurant. For what we paid, suffice it to say that we were very disappointed.

   Food took a very long time to come out. -The wrong type of french fries came out (plain instead of sweet) - ordered a medium burger -- it was well done -The chicken shnitzel sandwich came without the eggplant. We pointed it out and they sent a plate of fried eggplant. The food was delicious.

   We have a nut and seed allergy issue. So they handled it perfectly.. we talked about cross contamination and having the food fried in clean oil. They double checked with the chef about all the food we ordered.and we felt very well taken care of with that issue.. service was attentive and the food was excellent.. the egg roll appetizer was flavorful and delicious. The fried cauliflower was not greasy but very crunchy..everyone loved what they ordered which was rib eye steak,waygu burger and grilled chicken breast which was well cooked and not dried out. This was our second visit there and we look forward to others.

   Not very classy. Said it was crazy on the kitchen and wanted us to sit outside the restaurant on a couch. We said we could get a drink at the bar. When our table was ready they did not suggest they would take our drinks to the table. Did not know which plates to give / gave small ones and later changed to larger ones.

   We had a very good time. Entire staff works hard to make your dining a nice experience. Everyone liked their meal.
