   The service was outstanding! They were able to fulfil our request for a window seat and everyone was so kind and friendly. Our server was such a delight and made sure everything was perfect! Food was outstanding and worth the wait. 10/10 would recommend!

   I truly enjoyed myself. Our hostess was amazing. The food was absolutely scrumptious and the ambience is captivating. I will always recommend for people to sit by a fireplace.

   This was our first visit to Water’s Edge at Memorytown. The restaurant had a romantic rustic feel to it. Our waitress was friendly and very helpful. She recommended the potato soup and it was delicious. My husband had the steak and barley soup which he also enjoyed. For our main course I chose the butter poached lobster and crab and he picked the NY strip steak. We also tried the Parmesan risotto. The lobster and crab were absolutely delicious. The steak was perfectly cooked and the risotto was very cheesy and flavorful. For dessert, the chef’s special was white chocolate mousse which was wrapped in chocolate atop a cookie with raspberry tucked inside. The flavors were perfect together. We would definitely dine here again. Since the restaurant is on a lake, we’d like to come back in the summer.

   Excellent experience and cozy setting. Rachel was a very good server and Jay made a nice smoked old fashioned. Music was unusual and a little on the loud side. Will be back.

    One of our favorite spots in the Poconos. Food was great as usual, but service was extremely slow. Maybe it was just an off night....we will go back for sure.
