   We come to Bermuda several weeks a year and were so excited that The Waterlot restaurant has reopened. We dined last night and our experience was beyond exceptional! We were greeted by a warm and welcoming staff member that escorted us to the bar/lounge. The bartender Hunter was a delight and made a wonderful signature drink and a fresh margarita. Our server, Raga is the best, professional server that we have ever had. Our appetizers, (Olive Medley & Shrimp Cocktail) entrees (Filet, Chipotle Spiced Chicken Breast, Potato Gratin & French Fries) and dessert (Chocolate Trio and Espresso) were cooked to perfection and were beautifully presented. A staff member called a car service to return to our resort and personally escorted us to the car. The manager was visible and engaged during our dining experience ensuring that food and service was delivered to perfection. The atmosphere is charming and the views are stunning! 10/10 - well done!

   We had a fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious, and the setting created a wonderful atmosphere. Our server, Robert, was attentive and pleasant, and our host, Laquilah, was equally welcoming. The birthday card and sparkling candle was a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special.

   Wonderful old world ambience with a magnificent loung to enjoy a pre dinner cocktail. We celebrated my wife’s birthday with a party of five and it was lovely to be able to chat at dinner without straining to hear people. Excellent service from first class staff and ample time between courses to really enjoy the occasion.

   This was our first time here and everyone was SUPER accommodating and made my sister’s 18th birthday unforgettable! The food was exquisite and service was out of this world. The sparklers coming with her cake is such a fun experience! Mahesh ensured that we had everything we needed and was very personable and funny!! We would recommend anyone to come here, especially for a special occasion!

    Hosts were rude and arrogant. Fish was old and not cooked with any flavor. Appetizer was a piece of batter coated fish cut in three pieces and put on a Melba toast (for $30). Bad experience except for the waitress who was a delight.
