The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

    Our server, Alex, was absolutely amazing! With bad weather coming in and having to move the outside reservations inside, the service was still nothing short of greatness. The food was so good and the drinks were just as good! We will definitely be back on our next trip.

    We enjoyed our raw oysters, coconut crusted grouper and ahi tuna steak. Everything was delicious! The key lime pie was such a treat for dessert! Our server was very attentive and friendly. We will be back soon! Thank you!

    Such a great hidden gem. In the small town of Port Saint Joe. Party of 6 and everything ordered was excellent. The seafood was very fresh and well prepared. The service was great! Morgan was so attentive to our table. She has a wonderful personality.

    The restaurant and patio is lovely. Our waiters and manager were awesome. Out of 3 cocktails we had , one was good. Others tasted like straight sweet juice with no liquor. The parmesan grouper was dry and chewy and crab fried rice was very dry also. Not our best dinner experience in the area. The catch of the day was triple tail and my husband got it. It was pretty good. The items that were not good the manager took off the bill which we appreciated.

    What a fabulous night. We had a gift certificate from our relatives from Christmas! The manager was super sweet and got it for us. We had an awesome waitress named Ray who was so sweet. The food was spot on from Indian Pass oysters, crab cake,surf and turf and chef Diane. Finished our drinks on the deck listening to great music.

    Absolutely beautiful experience with family at White Marlin! The friendly service was attentive without being overbearing and the views are fantastic! My sister had the scallops and loved them! My mom had a filet cooked just as she requested and my husband’s rare filet was perfect. The steak quality spoke for itself. I had the catch of the day which was a blackened swordfish and it was excellent! Not overly expensive at all. We skipped the wine and dessert and paid just over $270 for the four of us. Pretty reasonable beach prices for sure! I’d love to go back to sit on the breezy deck and have sushi. What a wonderful and beautiful place with a great vibe and energy. Just the touch of elegance you appreciate after a week of laid back beach restaurants on the Cape and PSJ. Will plan a nice evening at White Marlin on each of our visits to CSB from now on!

    The best spot for a nice vacation dinner. Our waitress, Madison, was lovely. The food was incredible. View was stunning. So happy we came here.
