Excellent Thanksgiving buffet in convention room. Staff professional, food selection varied (the prime rib in particular was very good). Marked down since for what they charge ($90+ tip) tables should be cleaned a lot quicker and staff should have been all over us to make sure we got drinks, etc. Management did check on us and my daughter made it clear that the lack of staff wasn't acceptable, which I think they took to heart. We normally travel for Thanksgiving to family but due to other considerations and in the middle of a move (trucks showed up next day!) went this route. It worked quite well for our purposes.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback. Overall, I was very disappointed in this experience. I brought my family here( visiting from Chicago) expecting at least a Wigwam Resort experience based on kudos from other friends who’ve been to this resort in the past. The venue itself was a bit of a surprise in that it felt like a conference gathering instead of a Thanksgiving dinner. I would hardly call this a ballroom. For the price, one would expect more of an effort in making the ambience more appealing. We were brought to our table and all it had was tablecloth with no decorations. Service was also a bit disappointing( not very many refills and no coffee offer, etc) and not very friendly and accommodating. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this venue to friends and family for future Thanksgivings. Respectfully, Roel

We chose to eat out first Thanksgiving as it has become difficult for my mother in law to spend much time away from her residence. We chose Wigwam and it was an excellent choice. When we checked in, I explained to the hostess the mobility issues of my mother in law and we were accommodated. The food was excellent and the piano player was perfect. It was a great day for us.

The Thanksgiving buffet was wonderful. I wasn’t sure what to expect as buffet food is very hit or miss. This one was wonderful! The food was delicious and there was so much variety. The Wigwam gets it right. The ambience was great with a piano player for the music. The service was amazing as well. Very attentive and friendly. Another great experience at the Wigwam.

What a great experience! My family's first time dining out for Thanksgiving and the Wigwam did NOT disappoint.....our group of 12 were seated promptly and there was a huge variety of food and it was all SPOT ON! So delicious. The service was great and Kiersten in catering was so helpful in making my larger group reservation. I think we may have stumbled upon a new family tradition!

Asked for medium-rare on the prime rib, it was medium and very tough without much flavor. High point was the collard greens.

We attend this Thanksgiving event every year and often the other seasonal events like Christmas, Mother’s Day and Easter. We always look forward to Thanksgiving at the wigwam and this year, even brought guests. We were embarrassed with the level of service and the quality of the food and the variety of food this year. The decor, the ambience and everything was so lackluster this year. The food variety was Poor at best. The Seabass was not only bad, but the entire room smelled horribly because of it. I love Seabass and it was a complete embarrassment to bring that to my table. I could not get it away from the area fast enough. There were none of the amazing vegetables like the baby carrots and asparagus, and all the beautiful wonderful displays of amazing food that we’ve come to know in love. It was a shame to spend $500 and bring my daughter and her husband to such a disappointment event. I literally could’ve taken them to any restaurant to get a better Thanksgiving experience. It was clear that there was minimal staff and they were doing their best but we could not get drinks. It took a long time for us to get any kind of service and the clearing of the tables was extremely slow. Again, we are regular customers and love the experience we’ve had in past years. However The wigwam has definitely lost me as a customer due to this single event. However,

The entire Wigwam staff are simply excellent. They are warm, friendly and helpful. The food was great and very well matched with the wines. Ech wine dinner is a unique and very enjoyable experience.

All four of us were unanimous in our decision to spend Mother's Day at the Wigwam brunch. We have chosen the Wigwam many times previously because we love the atmosphere and the many food choices. We started out with the omelets and waffles and each of us chose other selections after that. We two moms were pleased with the complimentary mimosas. So much so, that we purchased a bottle of champagne. Of course we all took advantage of the dessert selections. I wish I had included a piece of the pie, as my daughter did. The piano player makes the event even greater. And a highlight was the opportunity to have a photo of our family taken. And we were all happy with our photos. Our server who brought our champagne to us did the honors & opened the bottle and poured a glass for us. She was kind & friendly & added to such a wonderful day for us. Of course we will be back again.
