   With the reservation, we had to wait 10 minutes for seating. Then seated, nobody came to our table for 20min. Not even to bring water. The couple next to us ordered drinks 40 min prior & still hadn't received them OR placed their food order. I called Grimaldi next door which had no wait. So we left Thirsty Lion & will never return.

   We were seated and waited about 20 minutes before a server brought us water and introduced herself. We had enough time to know what we wanted so we ordered everything at once. Appetizer was great. I ordered a burger, medium well, but it came out very pink. I was told 4 to 5 minutes for a new one but it ended up being closer to 15 minutes. Meanwhile my friends food got cold while we were waiting. Also, took at least 10 minutes to get a water refill.

   Service was beyond slow. We waited about 20-30 minutes for our cocktails. We waited another hour to get our food.

   The service was terrible and they weren’t even that busy. I think they may have been understaffed, but never said. The food was mediocre and we had to ask for things multiple times.

    The meal was delicious. Their food never disappoints. We did the price fix menu that included a choice of appetizer, entree & dessert. All was great except our server brought out all the dishes on top of one another. We barely touched our appetizer & the entree showed up. We were a few bites into our entree & dessert showed up. It was not crowded so I don’t believe we were being rushed out so the servers need to communicate with the kitchen to better time when the food comes out.
