We always have great meals, appetizers, desserts at this wonderful restaurant. Last night, I ordered salmon which was incredibly undercooked and inedible. Our outstanding server, Iris, took care of the problem immediately and agreed with me that she had to take it back to the kitchen and serve me a new dish. She apologized profusely. The kitchen manager also apologized. The salmon that they then served me was perfect as usual. We were also offered a complimentary and incredible dessert…chocolate cheese cake which was delicious. We will continue to enjoy great dinners at Thompson 105. Iris was a joy to have helping us.

We’ve been there several times and find the menu options excellent with a great variety of cuisines and portion sizes as was true last night. Unfortunately one of us ordered an appetizer for their main course and that apparently got lost when the other 5 were served their main course. It was finally served and comped by the manager. The Caesar salad, soup of the day were excellent. The variety of the main course pasta dishes were also very good . The “small” portion prime rib was huge but very good. Our only real complaint was the noise. The place is generally noisy but even worse last night. The guitarist was good but way too loud, requiring all the diners to raise their voices throughout the restaurant. It was difficult to communicate with the servers much less our friends. I guess if you want to know talk to you companions request a booth at the front of the restaurant or on the patio.

Perfect evening at the perfect spot. Great food. Patio can’t be beat; well-lit and warm even at ~50 degrees. Alex did a great job taking care of us. The sliders (I think we tried them all), rotisserie chicken, prawns, burrata and prosciutto, buffalo chicken waffle fries, sangria, old fashioneds, brownie dessert…, everything was perfect.
