Service took so long we ended up having to get pudding to go. Wasn’t even busy. Not sure what went wrong. Had to complain a number of times whilst seated. No atmosphere. Left as soon as we could.

Very strange experience, arrived and the guy behind the bar had no idea about reservations and said they don’t take them. He said to sit down and he would serve us. So we did, waited 15 minutes, and no service. We left and went elsewhere.

It was the first time visited Caviar House at Threadneedles Hotel. We had 2 course meals each. What a great value in the heart of bank area(£35). Atmosphere was amazing and also history of the building. Service was great and we will be back soon.

Very good location. Atmosphere and food were amazing. I can say they are doing the best crab burger in the town. Very friendly staff and service was excellent. We will definitely be back and will recommend it everyone.

Nice location near bank station. When you sit in the table, you can almost see a beautiful dome celling of the hotel. ( The restaurant is inside of the hotel). Amazing Balic Salmon which you do not need a knife to cut, and other menus like mussels and oysters are amazing and fresh. I was not familiar with Caviar, however the one I tasted in the restaurant was amazing. Service was smooth, too! The restaurant has an amazing mixologist bartender who can make a really nice cocktail and throw a cocktail shaking show.

I popped in to pick up some caviar but after seeing how beautiful and peaceful it is I stayed for food and cocktails. The barman Ace was amazing, he made me some tasty smoked cocktails and was throwing bottles around like tom cruise. I had zakuska shots with caviar to start and ended up on mezcal espresso martinis. The food was fabulous, I had the king seafood platter, heaps of truffle fries and endless caviar! The whole experience from start to finish was outstanding and the team were all very knowledgeable and attentive. I will definitely be back and recommending it to everyone

The three of us had a super time at Caviar House. The backdrop was beautiful, ambience was spot on too. We ate a dozen oysters, crab cake, parmesan truffle fries, fish and chips and the Prunier Paris Caviar between us. The menu options were great, service was great and we'd definitely return again to try the other dishes and champagne. Thank you to Egon who served us.
