   It is disingenuous that on the restaurants website no mention is made about that fact that the restaurant is actually the dining rooms of a retirement development. Whilst this is no problem it should be clearly stated rather than be an unexpected surprise on arrival.

   Excellent service. Very personable service from receptionist and from restaurant Nafiza who was efficient and friendly. Food was superb, fresh and cooked beautifully. The restaurant and bar and other facilities are superb. However the reason for 3 stars for ambience is the restaurant lighting was too bright and there should be some background music. The conversation of others was very audible. Low level music does help mask conversations and more so forces people to talk quieter. The lighting didn’t help as it was on full brightness level so it’s wasn't relaxed and other guests thought they were at home and were talking very loud. I hope this can be remedied as this is very minor suggestion but will transform the restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

   Birthday treat, not disappointed. The food and service was excellent. We eat early but I feel parking would have been an issue later in the day.

   The food and service was great. My only comment as to why scored 4/5 for ambience is because the sound system was not very good, unsure if it was broken but it was deathly silent in there. Music would have helped.

   Very odd place, not clear from marketing but based within an assisted living space. Strange service which often felt like a training space and low standard of food quality.

   this part is for our friends，who has long time did not see each other. I don't know why the waiter wasn't happy enough to say anything to us. but the scone was really nice！

    Hadn't realised that it's part of a luxury retirement village, so it's a bit tricky to find - we were the only people there, but it's a really nice place with great outdoor seating, delicious food and absolutely brilliant service.
