   Kevin was our waiter. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. The lamb chop appetizer was poor they were almost all fat. The rice and crab main course was delicious. The bar is overpriced as a vodka martini was minuscule and the chardonnay has only one choice. A mediocre wine at $20 per glass.

   Everything we had was delicious. The Cobb salad, the wings, the crab fried rice and especially the duck. It was served with lettuce wraps, hoisin sauce and cucumber. There was some French toast with shredded duck between two pieces. Didn’t know what to expect but it was delicious. A perfect Mother’s Day meal! Also my husband loved the Hong Kong old fashioned!

   Every bite was scrumptious. Pot stickers with aged beef were delicious. Shrimp entree with 8 jumbo shrimp had a nice mix of flavors and crunch with pomegranates. Wine we chose was out of stock. For Mother's Day we received a red rose and chocolate covered strawberry for dessert. Nice touch. View and decor along with favorable foods sets this restaurant apart from others. Can't wait to come back next fall.

   Unfortunately another new restaurant that has all hard surfaces, tables, flooring, walls, etc. that doesn't limit the noise so that you can converse with your partner without shouting. This was in the main dining room. Had to ask to be seated outside in the bar area to get away from the din. Otherwise, the service was very good, the drinks interesting but a bit pricey. Dining room tastefully decorated but small and just too darn noisy. The Duck dish and Walnut Shrimp were excellent. Dim sum were pretty good. The Fried Rice with chicken, shrimp and duck was pretty good, but needed addition of the soy sauce which was house made. Would go back only if seated outside in the bar area.

   We went to Tigress for the first time last night for Mother’s Day. It was fantastic. We loved the original cocktails and the shareable dishes. The service could not have been better!

   Disappointing for a special celebration. Booked an indoor table inside of the dining room over a month in advance for a quieter, intimate setting for our 11yr anniversary. Arrived on time and was told we had to wait for our table just like the couple who checked in ahead of us. Not a problem. We go back up to ask if we had time to explore the hotel a bit— was told our table was actually ready. We were brought to an outside table and then I asked, “How long for an indoor table, we did not reserve outdoor seating” and the hostess responded with “Unfortunately it’s going to be a really long time before anything is available inside” and left it at that. We would have loved to be given the option beforehand of outdoor seating immediately or to wait for our indoor table for x amount of time rather than be dumped at an outdoor table by the bar and hope we’d be fine with it. It was humid, noisy & staff were constantly bumping our chairs trying to pass through tables. My partner has auditory processing disorder so it was difficult to communicate, but at that point it was 9pm & we didn’t want to scramble to find another restaurant. For an intimate anniversary celebration, which was noted and never acknowledged, this did not hit the mark unfortunately. Elvis, our server, was great. Food was 7/10 (good but a bit overpriced). We just wish we had the experience that we reserved for. Definitely have some kinks to work out to improve guest experience overall.

   Service was very slow. Waitress had said she would order a double order of one appetizer to accommodate four people. Only a single order was delivered and we could not find the waitress for another 15 minutes.

   Note that when you make a reservation at Tigress Restaurant, which is indoors, that they don’t really guarantee you will be seated inside. They first tried to seat us at a tiny table alongside the outdoor bar. We were told when you make a res at the restaurant, they don’t guarantee you will be inside. They might seat you at the Tigress Easy Bar area which is outdoors. Just thought it would be helpful to let people know this.

    The food and service were absolutely incredible. We highly recommend sharing multiple plates of delicious food at the table. The wait staff are very well trained to help you make your choices. Our favorites were the brussel sprouts, the crab fried rice and the tuna. It is very loud. If you want a chance of hearing the people you are with, we suggest a table indoors. Even that is really loud.
