We were met with a sign informing us that, due to delivery issues, there was no mashed potato....!! Even though there were very few customers, staff seemed unable to cope. We were eventually shown to an unset table and had to request cutlery. Our table was booked for 8.00pm, but when the chef eventually came to carve, the only beef left was a shrivelled piece and there was not sufficient turkey for me to have any. The pork was nice, but the cauliflower was simultaneously hard and watery and the beans were tepid. When we came to pay, the Toby app did not work, so we could not have our 40% discount. All in all a most disappointing experience. Just a shame that we were checking out the place before booking our works Christmas meal - needless to say, we will be going elsewhere!

Was a customer for six years every week stopped coming place was run down and food and staff were hit and miss . very pleased to say the upgrade and quality of food was very nice so we will be back

Despite wrongly booking, ( my fault) we were swiftly accommodated and our selves and our grandchildren had a really good carvery. Thank you for excellent food and service.
