   Good food, great server, manager checked our satisfaction, room temperature was comfortable, the room was in a mall store so ambiance was ok. Prices were reasonable comparied to otherr restaurants.

   I had to write a review on this restaurant because the food was bad. The Mediterranean salad looked fresh on the plate, but it didn't taste fresh at all. The Salad tasted "Old," like it had been sitting for a long time. The main dish was Mamma's Spaghetti and Meat Balls and the meat balls were raw (uncooked) in the center of every meatball. I pointed out the undercooked meatballs to the waiter and he refused to replace the meatballs with cooked ones. The waiter seemed to blow me off, telling me matter-of-factly that he can replace the meatballs on my plate, but that they would be the same - undercooked! I didn't take a picture of the undercooked meatballs (just didn't think to take a picture), so if anyone who dines here and reads this review doesn't believe me, well-then it's just my honest review against whatever Tomatina's story is. I have no reason to leave a dishonest review and the last thing I want to do is ream or disparage a restaurant. The restaurant itself looked clean and "spiffy" and the waiters were prompt and courteous but I can't give Tomatino any more than 1 star for serving raw undercooked meatballs. First get the food right!

   Overall just ok. Food quality was OK nothing great. Service was really bad considering, there was only one other table in the restaurant and our waitress seemed like she was pressed to even talk to us. We had to ask for menus, drinks, straws, silverware, etc... Each time she’d come back something was missing. It took a lot longer than expected for everything. I don’t think I would ever come back to be honest.

   They have moved to "order by mobile phone" model rather than menus and their wifi wasn't up to the task. This made ordering a chore. The food was good overall.

   The garlic rolls and piadines are amazing. The marinara in the lasagne is very good. The salad dressing was bland on the chopped salad but the portions were good. The menu is still a Covid throwback QR code but the waiters come around and are quite attentive so that parts confusing. Decor and brick ovens are a cozy plus

   It was great experience, not too much noise. My friend could not open the menu on his phone so we had to use the paper menu.

   Horrible experience. Wait staff was deplorable. Could not get a fork. Then where’s my drink? Can I get a napkin? How about some seasoning for this bland food?! You order over an app and pay over app. Don’t forget to pay before you leave or they will accuse you of dining and dashing. It was an overall very poor experience and I spend $116 for 3 meals/drinks that were subpar. The drink was really good! 😑

   Nice, bright restaurant with bar. Service is excellent. Happy Hour food menu is small but food is really good.

    The staff seemed nice enough though overwhelmed. The app was not working for me which they said "you don't like it" and I said no, it doesn't work, I would use it if it worked which they could not seem to understand. My salad was very good though a little overdressed. The main issue was the pizza which my 16yo daughter said was "the worst she's ever had". It looked promising and the edges were ok, but anything beyond that was completely soggy and drooping. The crust also lacks flavor. We are spoiled from NYC so I guess we should put that in context.
