First time to have dinner here, and had a lovely dinner. We ordered two top blade steaks cooked to medium rare with prawns. We also ordered side dishes which were the chips, mashed potatoes and rocket salad. The steaks were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The prawns could be cooked a little more, but they were also good. The steaks were very tasty but arrived to our table a little too lukewarm for me. The sides were also very good, highly recommend the mash and the rocket salad. The chips were just season a tad salty but they had a good texture and crispness. We also ordered cocktails and we enjoyed the pornstar martini and raspberry mojito. Although, I would have preferred to have fresh fruit/herbs as decor with the drinks rather than frozen mint leaves and frozen passion fruit- it just doesn’t appeal as well as the fresh produce. For dessert, we had the cookie sundae. Nothing too special about it, just a straightforward vanilla sundae with chocolate syrup in a milkshake glass rimmed with cookie crumble and topped off with whipped cream and a chocolate chip cookie. It looked better than it tasted, there’s room for improvement there (I would recommend adding cookie dough to the vanilla ice cream!). Overall, our dinner was quite enjoyable. The staff were nice and helped us even when there was a hiccup with our bill. We got charged over 20 pounds more than what we had ordered, but the staff were able to sort it out for us in the end. Will definitely come back for the food and drinks. We spent exactly 60 pounds for everything we had ordered.

Asked for a medium cooked steak fillet and it came out well done sent it back and the chef said they were happy it’s medium it was well done and tough and we were not happy with us sending it back we told the waiter look it’s ok we do t want another one it’s fine don’t worry about it I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone disappointed as the waiting staff were nice and welcoming but I don’t think I’ll be back.

A fine presentation of a delicious cut of steak. Would encourage any costumer to explore the endless varieties and choices within their spectacular menu

Steak was pretty nice. Portion size was disappointing and vegetables were pretty hard. It was very loud in the restaurant, we could hardly hear each other. The table also was very unbalanced resulting in it knocking back and fourth the whole meal.

This restaurant went above and beyond our expectations. The service was quick and friendly and the top blade steaks were both cooked perfectly to our order. My partner who would not usually go for steak was blown away. The biscoff sundae topped off a really high-quality meal. I look forward to visiting top blade again the next time I visit Belfast.
