   Tough to even rate this place among the other restaurants in Miami because of the uniqueness of the experience. This was truly a special night with incredible food on a beautiful terrace.

   On February 21, 2025, the tasting menu at Torno Subito Miami, created by Torno Subito and Los Angeles’ Gucci Osteria, was superb. The two chefs, who were trained by Italy’s renowned Massimo Bottura, produced a visual surprise and gastronomic experience in a most modern Italian style. Risotto disguised as pizza? Delicious! Chilean sea bass that tasted as if it came from the Mediterranean? Superb. These dishes may not make the everyday menu but the signature dishes of Modern Salad, Tortellini in Parmesan foam and Tiramisubito will astound with their flavors and textures.

   My husband and I loved this place. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and Victor, our server, was especially knowledgeable about the food and the history of the restaurant and the dishes we ordered. We tried a selection of options from the a la carte menu and all options were delicious. Extremely creative, flavorful, and I especially liked their commitment to sustainability and minimizing food waste. We will be back next time we are in Miami.

   The food exceeded our expectations. We had the gamberi which was delicious, I had the caccio & peppe which is not the traditional taste, it is so delicate, and then the Tiramisubito 😋 It is the third time I come to Torno Subito and had a great experience again. Each time I come to Miami this restaurant is on top of my list. Victor was our server this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

   Outstanding experience, from arrival to departure. On a whim we asked to tour the kitchen and were greeted by the executive chef, who is an absolute delight, gentle, supremely talented and gracious. The food is outer worldly, fresh and beautifully presented. The drinks were splendid, fresh and original. Honestly, every single moment at the restaurant exceeded every measurable mark of greatness. Cannot wait to return to this amazing culinary gem!

   I recently dined at Torno Subito for their Valentine’s tasting menu, excited to experience a one-Michelin-star restaurant under Chef Massimo Bottura’s vision. Having visited several Michelin-starred establishments, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience did not quite meet them. The ambiance was beautifully designed, with a playful yet refined atmosphere that set the stage for what I hoped would be an exceptional meal. While some dishes were enjoyable, I found that overall, the food did not quite match the level of its Michelin-starred peers, especially given the price. I was expecting more in terms of both quality and creativity. Service was another area that left me wanting more. While polite, our server didn’t provide the level of attentiveness and engagement I associate with fine dining. Additionally, wine had to be poured by others rather than our main server, which felt somewhat disconnected from the overall experience. While Torno Subito certainly has charm and potential, my visit didn’t fully align with the Michelin-starred expectations. I hope to see improvements in both the food and service to truly reflect the prestige of the restaurant’s reputation.

   The ambiance and design of the restaurant is excellent! We sat in the dining room but the outdoor roof deck seating looked great too. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Gianluca was our waiter and very attentive and explained every dish. The food was outstanding. Would definitely go back.
