   The food and decor was excellent but the service was very slow and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. The three waitresses were very polite and friendly but spent a lot of their time just standing around chatting to each other. The table next to us had to ask for their drinks as they had been forgotten and our dessert menus took so long to come that we then decided not to have a sweet. Overall a nice restaurant - just let down by the slow service of its waiting staff.

   Food was great but poor service. Took over half an hour to bring any drinks after changing 3 times. Also only fixed menu available which wasn’t communicated at time of booking

   Worst valentine’s meal in the 26 years I’ve known my husband - poor service, incorrect food served to me, disappointing food - couldn’t eat my main - and music so loud we couldn’t hold a conversation. Will never go back!

   We had a lovely experience at Totti Italian Restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Our reservation was for two, but we showed up with our kids, and they quickly provided extra chairs without any hassle, which we really appreciated. The only hiccup was a bit of confusion with the payment. I had already paid a £20 reservation fee, but it wasn’t initially deducted from the final bill, so we had to wait a bit longer for it to be sorted out. It wasn’t a huge issue, just a small delay. Overall, we had a great time, and we’d definitely return. The food and service made up for the minor inconvenience.

   Lovely as always and great value for money. Staff are really friendly which makes it that bit better. Food always delicious

   We ate at a quiet time. Nice corner table, service was perfectly timed - not too fast but attentive.

    Lovely experience from beginning to end. Excellent service, delicious food. They could not have been more attentive. We visited with 2 small children and it was very family friendly. Can’t wait to go back.
