   This is arguably the best restaurant in Eltham and a significant improvement on the previous occupancy of the site. It is an attractive, up-market place, with an excellent decor and ambiance. I’ve deducted one star for the ambience on our evening for the extremely noisy and annoying child seated three feet behind me, and for the irritating crowd of young women who seemed to feel the need to make constant trips either to the lavatories or outside to the pavement for smoking breaks. If these are typical customers, I would think twice before booking for a Saturday evening! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a wide selection of food between the six of us and we were all happy with our choices. The prices were very reasonable and I shall certainly go there again, perhaps avoiding Saturday evenings! All in all, Totti’s is a welcome addition to Eltham High Street and I would recommend it.

   The service and food was top-notch. We were 4people, had a pleasant time. Staff are polite and professional. Cocktails are nice. Definitely visiting again.

   Great food and service. The menu is extensive and is good value. We went on a Wednesday evening after a visit to the cinema. Whilst not empty, it was relatively quiet but still had a good atmosphere. Our 2nd visit and it won't be the last. Our friends really enjoyed the food.

   The food and decor was excellent but the service was very slow and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. The three waitresses were very polite and friendly but spent a lot of their time just standing around chatting to each other. The table next to us had to ask for their drinks as they had been forgotten and our dessert menus took so long to come that we then decided not to have a sweet. Overall a nice restaurant - just let down by the slow service of its waiting staff.

   Food was great but poor service. Took over half an hour to bring any drinks after changing 3 times. Also only fixed menu available which wasn’t communicated at time of booking

    Worst valentine’s meal in the 26 years I’ve known my husband - poor service, incorrect food served to me, disappointing food - couldn’t eat my main - and music so loud we couldn’t hold a conversation. Will never go back!
