Overall everything was in place to be a great location and experience but everything just missed enough to not be great. The menu is expansive and perhaps that cuts into the food quality. The food was okay- above average just didn't take it up to another level. The decor is nice and interesting but is getting a little beyond New Orleans hip and worn to be just worn. I would go back for sure but with lowered expectations.

Once again, the amazing kitchen of Toulouse Petit does not disappoint! Great to grab a reservation for late night booth for 6, and the late night happy hour drinks are delicious and reasonable, and the menu amazing, as always, with something for everyone. Toulouse Petit is a real kitchen, where nothing ever disappoints because every thing on the menu is dialed in and amazing! Being able to make late night reservations is really nice - takes the anxiety off late night dining after Seattle Center shows, especially when seating a large group. I can’t wait to return - glad I got take out for lunch!!!

Food was very good. Ordered a steak and asked for medium plus. The server explained I might want to just order it medium as the steak come out on a very hot iron serving platter. She hinted the iron will be so hot I could finish the steak off to whatever I wanted. She was right. It come medium and as I ate, I was able to control just how done it would be. This was an excellent idea. Service however was slightly slow and we wished they would have been just a bit more attentive. One other thing we found a little annoying is the 5% Living Wage fee this place feels they need to charge. Come on, it's 2025, your silent protest is over, just bump up your overall price by 5% and stop giving people reasons to think maybe this is just a money grab at this point and maybe they should go someplace else next time.

This brunch spot is exceptional, offering a diverse menu that extends beyond traditional brunch fare, with delightful Creole-inspired dishes. It’s an ideal venue for a romantic date or to impress friends visiting Seattle for the first time. The restaurant is particularly accommodating for groups, though reservations are essential due to its popularity, especially during peak times. Booking weeks in advance is advisable for larger groups. The setting is beautiful, and the overall experience is fantastic. I highly recommend returning to explore more of their menu.

The food here is actually good and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I loved the halibut and lobster roll was awesome. The burrata appetizer was also delicious. However, despite being very busy, it doesn’t have the best ambience. We did not enjoy seating on high chairs or having large tv’s to stare at. The other major letdown was the Negroni. Well, it’s listed as a ‘Negroni’, I’m assuming because it has gin and Campari and possibly vermouth, but it’s soooo bad, it’s more like any traditional watered down mixed drink. They should call it a Faux Negroni!

We had a 6pm reservation but didn’t make it inside until 6:30pm. They apologized and compensated some of our drinks and food which I think is fair. The food and service were SUPERB! The experience was amazing and definitely worth waiting for!

The food was great, but it seemed a lower-than-expected turnout for the serving staff as it was quite backed up, causing long wait times for things that don’t take long to produce.

I'll pass on this in the future. We used to eat here frequently prior to the pandemic. The food was a disappointment and not at all up to the quality we all remembered. It took 40 minutes to get to us from the kitchen. The "livable wage" surcharge and credit card "convenience fee" added 7.75% to the bill.
