   Nice, open plan restaurant, with friendly staff. Moderately noisy (solid floors and walls with few soft furnishings). We were recommended to have the larger plates but for us that was too much with a starter and main each so only could manage about half of the main. But, if at restaurants you often feel portions are too small then you'll be fine with the large. Food - mushroom salad was very good, the ragout was nice (big for a starter) but fairly plain, aubergine parmagiana (we wre told large was 2 slices of aubergine but turned out to be probably 2 aubergines! - nice but too much for one), ox cheek a bit chewy and again way too much for one person - only ate half of it. Service attentive but not overbearing

   Food and service was superb. Ingredients excellent and cooked beautifully. The staff were attentive and engaging we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The ambience is excellent but it’s a bigger restaurant than we suspected and needs to be busy to make the most of it. We were an early sitting so it was not full so lacked atmosphere but was still enjoyable.

   Lovely place with great italian food. Everything we got was delicious, staff very helpful and friendly. Walking dostanie to Wicked and Hamilton. Perfect place for prę theater dinner

    An adequate meal but not as special as described in reviews. Ox cheeks were tough and stringy. Staff were pleasant and helpful but the waitress knew little about the wines on offer. Ambience was noisy and not very Italian. A little disappointed.
